- Return Window: Standard stock items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom-cut or bespoke motorized shades are final sale unless proven defective.
- Eligibility: Eligible items must be in original, uninstalled condition with all mounting brackets, screws, control wands, and original packaging fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: Large window hardware requires careful transit handling. If you receive an item with transit damage, a bent aluminum track, or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic and video evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-dimensioned curtains, modified tracks, items showing signs of installation wear, or products damaged during incorrect mounting cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our quality assurance team inspects and verifies the pristine condition of the returned items.
